The Montreal International Children’s Film Festival (FIFEM) is a premier international event dedicated to celebrating cinema for young audiences. Often described as the “Cannes for Kids,” it stands as a family-friendly version of the world’s most significant film industry gatherings.
Task
Our mission was to spearhead FIFEM's digital transformation to ensure not only its survival but also its growth in the face of the pandemic's constraints. To do this, we designed and implemented a fully tailored 360° media strategy. We focused on creating an online cinematic experience to replace the physical event, while ensuring the development of a new digital platform to maximize accessibility and engagement. Finally, we launched and managed strategic advertising campaigns aimed at retaining the existing audience, acquiring a new international viewership, and establishing the festival as an innovation leader in its sector.
